Engagements that focus on serving and adding value.

  • With 40% underemployed and averaging 7.4 months to find a job, the goal is for each participant to be employable, ready and secure full-time job opportunity within 3 months of graduation aligned with their career interest and commensurate salary plus benefits.

  • A unique plan based on their goals, early exposure to industry trends, and continuous learning on key skills at certain stages as they matriculate from college to career life. Each student will have a “net worth building” plan. The plan will help educate and set up a road map to avoid these pitfalls. Students will be able to survive during economic crises and emergencies while changing the negative financial trajectory for themselves and future generations.

  • A high-energy interactive experience that instantly empowers people to take ownership of their mindset, purpose, and performance role that they play in the counterculture of workforce and personal wellness inequalities in underrepresented communities. The audience will leave with actionable steps to elevate themselves and a created sense of empowerment, realize deeper meaning, more fulfillment and success at work and home.
